The Muskoka Quality Inn Riverside Bracebridge is located in the scenic town of Bracebridge, the hub of Muskoka. Within minutes of our front doors is quaint downtown Bracebridge, Santa's Village, miniature golf, parks, beaches, antique stores and the famous Lady Muskoka docks at the Hotel during the summer months.

Booking Policies
All reservations made through the Choice Hotels International reservations system will be honored in accordance with the terms specified in the reservation/confirmation.

1. Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. at some designated properties) destination time, as indicated in the confirmation/reservation, or as shown in the Travel & Vacation Directory.
2. Guaranteed reservations must be held until 7am the following day unless canceled in accordance with the terms specified in the reservation/confirmation. If the hotel or resort cannot accommodate a guaranteed reservation or a valid 4:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. reservation, it must:
- Secure a room of comparable quality for the guest at another nearby facility;
- Pay for first night's lodging;
- Pay for or provide transportation for the guest to the other hotel;
3. If the reservation is for multiple nights, in addition to the requirements above, the property must also pay the difference in the rate, if any, from the original reservation and the hotel to which the guest is walked.
4. If the hotel can accommodate the guest on the next and subsequent nights, the guest must be invited back to the original property. If the guest declines to return when space is available, the hotel is not required to pay the difference for any remaining nights.
5. In the event of reservation errors resulting in the need for reimbursement, the party at fault will be responsible for the reimbursement. Such matters will be researched by the Choice Hotels International reservations department in cooperation with the hotels or resorts involved, and with the aid of printout information from the reservation supplier. (Note: Whether or not a property has truly lost revenue will be a significant factor in some types of investigations.)

Payment Policies Deposit Information
Completing your reservation information and submiting the reservation to our hotel is guaranteeing your reservation for arrival on the day you have requested.

Cancellation Policies
Failure to check in on the date you have specified will result in one full night's room and tax charge. Reservations departing prior to scheduled check out date must inform the Front Desk before 11:00 a.m. of that day or a day rate of $50.00 plus tax will apply.

Extra guests
The rates shown in the system are based upon your inputs of adults and children. In the event that you bring extra persons, please be aware that additional fees may apply.

Quality Inn Riverside Bracebridge: : Specific Policies
Our hotel has a strictly non-smoking policy in our guest rooms and on the hotel premises. Any guests that violates our non-smoking policy will result in a fee of $150. Guests are responsible for any damages. The property is not responsible for any theft or damage to guest property. Children must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool. For the comfort of our guests, noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00PM.

Rollway Beds & Cribs
Based upon availability. A $15 per night fee + tax applies to all rollaway beds. Cribs are supplied free of charge when available.

Pets Policy
Dogs are accepted in pet friendly rooms of which there are a limited amount. We require to know of a pet being brought to the premises prior to arrival. An additional charge of $15 per dog and night will be charged. Maximum 2 dogs per room of max. 45 pounds each. NO CATS or other pets, exotics etc. will be allowed.

Parking
Parking for our guests is complimentary and is limited to one vehicle per guestroom.

Miscellaneous
We do have accessible rooms available. Please contact the hotel should you have special needs. Guests who have difficulty with stairs may request first floor rooms. We do NOT have an elevator at the hotel.
